What BocaRatonGo is
BocaRatonGo is a ledger of recorded real-estate sales in Boca Raton, with occasional coverage of notable sales elsewhere in Palm Beach County. Software reads the county's published property data, sorts the largest transactions, and presents them with the address, the community, the recorded price, and how that price compares to the county's assessed value.
It is a reading of the public record, written in plain English. It is not a listings service, not a brokerage, and not a valuation. We don't sell property, represent anyone in a transaction, or take a commission on anything.
Where the information comes from
Everything here is drawn from records that are public under Florida law: the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser, the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller, and Florida Department of Revenue tax rolls. Names of parties to recorded transactions appear in those records as a matter of public record, and that is the only reason they appear here.
Records that the county flags as confidential — including those protected under Florida's statutory exemptions for judges, law enforcement, and others — are filtered out before anything reaches this page.
We are independent. BocaRatonGo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government office, the Property Appraiser, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, any brokerage, or any multiple listing service.
Accuracy
Sales are gathered automatically and summarised with software assistance. County data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong at the source, and we don't independently verify it. A recorded transfer is not always a market sale — estate transfers, transfers into a family trust or an owner's own LLC, and clerical corrections all appear in the same records, and some of them slip through.
Figures described as medians, year-over-year movement, or activity are editorial estimates unless stated otherwise. Treat this site as a readable summary of what the county recorded, not as an appraisal, a market analysis, or professional advice of any kind. Before you rely on any number here for a real decision, check it against the county's own records and talk to your own professionals.
Corrections and removals
If something here is wrong about you or your property, we want to fix it, and we're not going to make you argue about it.
Email bocaratongo@proton.me with the address in question. If a figure is inaccurate we'll correct it; if you hold a statutory exemption or have another good reason to be left out, we'll remove the entry. We aim to act within two business days.
Privacy
BocaRatonGo has no accounts, no sign-up, no newsletter, and no contact form. Nothing on this site asks you for information about yourself, and we don't collect, store, or sell any.
Like every website, our hosting service records basic technical request logs — an IP address, a browser type — to serve the page and block abuse. We run no advertising or analytics trackers and set no cookies of our own.
Using this site
BocaRatonGo is offered free, as-is, for general information and for the pleasure of reading the county's ledger. We can't promise it will be available, current, or complete at any given moment.
